 1. Returns

We accept returns on most unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

 2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

 3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

 4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at Sales@jericoinc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

 5. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
